PS wall panels (Polystyrene Wall Panels) are modular wall decoration materials made from polystyrene (PS) as the base material through processes such as extrusion, foaming, and injection molding. Their core characteristics stem from the molecular structure of polystyrene-lightweight, heat-insulating, and corrosion-resistant. Furthermore, through surface treatments (such as lamination, embossing, and carving), they can present various textures such as wood grain, stone grain, and fabric grain, and even simulate relief and geometric three-dimensional shapes, combining functionality and decoration. Based on density, they are divided into ordinary PS panels (density 1.05-1.1 g/cm³) and foamed PS panels (density 0.05-0.15 g/cm³). The latter, due to its porous internal structure, further enhances sound insulation and heat preservation performance.
