PU Stone Production Processes

1. In-Mold Coating Process: First, a layer of release agent is sprayed into the mold, followed by a layer of primer. Then, the raw material is poured in. After foaming, it is removed and a layer of paint is sprayed on. The paint adhesion is extremely strong, and it won't peel off. The texture is also closer to real stone. Because a soft film is used in production, the surface texture of the stone is almost indistinguishable from the real thing, completely replicating the real texture and grain, especially the sharp and obtuse angles. The disadvantage is that the price is higher.

2. Lamination Process:

A film is placed directly into the mold without a release agent or primer. Then, the raw material is poured into the mold. After foaming, it is removed and a layer of paint is sprayed on. However, laminated products have a lower texture and are prone to discoloration and peeling.
